What We Can Provide

Footsteps offers comprehensive assessments and treatment service to children 0-18 years. At Footsteps we aim to maximise each child’s potential, in a playful environment, to support development and over-come challenges. We deliver individualised programmes and aim to work with each child, family and school to facilitate their success and independence. Every programme of treatment is tailored to meet the individual child’s needs with consideration of the family’s circumstances. We encourage family participation/observation to provide learning opportunities for parents and school staff, as appropriate.

We are able to offer a range of services for children with neurological difficulties such as:
• Autistic Spectrum Disorder
• Sensory Processing Disorder (and the social/emotional component that ties heavily into this)
• Dyspraxia
• Developmental co-ordination disorder
• Developmental Delay
• Specific Learning Difficulties – Dyslexia

• Acquired Brain Injury and/or physical impairment
